Before it was a brand, it was a way of life.

I always had a love for nature, this took root in childhood—digging through garden beds with my mom and grandma. Some of my best memories are out there in the dirt with them—even just pulling weeds or checking for new sprouts. I’d get so excited when something actually grew, especially if I could eat it! Those moments planted something deep in me: a real connection to soil, to growth, and to a quiet kind of joy.

A tradition of connection.

As I got older, that love naturally grew into a tradition I shared with my own daughters. Whether we were reviving a struggling houseplant or growing a seasonal vegg or fruit. It was about curiosity, connection, and creating something together. Those moments shaped how I see plant care today

—it doesn’t have to be complicated to be meaningful!

The gut-green connection.

With a background in pet and human nutrition, I learned that true health starts with a thriving microbiome. That same truth clicked for me in the garden—plants, like us, need strong foundations to thrive. Healthy soil = healthy plants = happy plant parent. That’s the approach behind these formulas, and why I believe they truly stand out.

The story of the Divine Bee.

My early influences as an artist were deeply inspired by the bold lines and sacred symbolism of Día de los Muertos. That spirit of honoring life through beauty and meaning eventually found its way into my work as a maker—evolving into the haloed bee that now represents Bless Your Soil®.
